1.1 By accepting and playing any of our casino games offered, sports betting services or participating in promotional offers (“Services”), the member confirms that these terms and conditions have been read, printed, understood and agreed to.

1.5 Should any Service be at any time interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player starts the game once again. 1.9 Players shall not participate in the games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or application, nor accept any prize if the player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall, without exception, abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such, the rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time. Players shall periodically review the Terms and Conditions posted at this website at a rate of at least once a month. 
1.10 Members are only allowed one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. All winnings will be void for players with more than one active account. 
1.11 Failure to establish individuality of an active account will result in closure of the account and forfeiture of the winning. 
1.12 Should a member give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or password Bangsports will not be held liable for any claims that may result from, or regarding that account. Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential. 
1.13 Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Bangsports will not report the wagering history of any member. 
1.14 Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any winnings or prizes collected from Bangsports. 
1.15 Bangsports reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notifying its players, to add new activities or games to the Services or to discontinue any Service at any time. 
1.16 By accepting any winnings or prizes from Bangsports, players consent to the use of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation except where prohibited by law. 
1.17 The source of funds and wealth may require at later stage as directed by Bangsports. Also, players might be required to provide proof of how they fund their e-wallet, if applicable. 
1.18 Pay-outs are only allowed to accounts controlled and owned by the gaming account holder. 
1.19 All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. Players must provide a copy of their proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Proof of identity must match the registered name and surname. 1.22 The maximum amount that any player is entitled to receive from any one bet placed shall be KSh 5000,000.00. In this clause 1.22, the use of the phrase “one bet” shall refer to a single betting transaction regardless of the number of individual bets placed for the single transaction. For the avoidance of doubt and by way of example, where a customer placed numerous bets (a multi-bet) and confirm such bets in a single transaction, such transaction shall be deemed to be “one bet” for the purposes of this clause. 1.23 The maximum withdrawal per customer per day is KSh 140,000.00. Bangsports reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of time. 
1.24 Bangsports reserves the right to withhold play and/or payment from any party that Bangsports deems as fraudulent. Bangsports may assess service charges to any account for services rendered to any fraudulent account. 
1.25 Bangsports reserves the right to cancel a player's membership at any time without notice. Any balance in a players account will be immediately credited back to its personal account. In addition, Bangsports reserves the discretional right to void any winnings and withhold any balance in a player's account under any of the following circumstances: 
1.25.1 If there is evidence to suggest that a player has more than one active account for the Services; 
1.25.2 Using bank card in different name other than the account holder is forbidden. Deposits are accepted in the account holders name only. Copies of the card(s) used to deposit are required at the time of withdrawal. Authorization letter and Identification documents are required from the card owner. 
1.25.3 Playing is only allowed in the players own name. Players are not allowed to play on behalf of beneficial owner. Pay-out will be suspended if verification can't be completed. 
1.25.4 If the name on a player's account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases in the account; 
1.25.5 If the name on a player's account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit; 
1.25.6 If a player participates in a promotion and cashes-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion; 
1.25.7 If a player provides incorrect or misleading registration information; 
1.25.8 If a player is not of legal age;

2.5 Bangsports reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.
2.6 To receive bonus payments, all accounts must have a valid e-mail address and telephone number.
2.7 Wagering requirements for our deposit bonus coupons are as stated in the promotion, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every bonus used. This rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached a zero balance again.
2.8 Any wagers made on excluded games before the wagering requirements are completed, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.

2.11 Bonuses are made available on a regular basis at Bangsports. These are offered as a reward to all our regular and loyal players. However, any player found to be availing of these promotions, not in the spirit in which they are given, may be subject to exclusion.
2.12 Each bonus must be completely wagered before withdrawals can be requested. Any premature withdrawal requests will be denied and the wagering requirements for the previous bonus or bonuses must be completed.
2.13 Please note that customers who have not made any deposits can only claim free bonus winnings one time.
2.14 Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.
2.15 Winnings made on linked accounts using same offers will automatically be voided and therefore will be removed from the accounts.

However, Bangsports makes no guarantee that any bet within the limit or that exceeds the limit will be accepted as valid. 3.10 Bets (excluding live betting, if applicable) will be accepted until the advertised start time of the event. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes an event after its actual or advertised start time, unless it is a live-betting event, the bet will be void.

3.12 All bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database.
3.13 Bangsports reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the player’s account did not contain sufficient funds to cover the bet. If an account contains insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled by the payment processing party, Bangsports reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been accepted retroactively.
3.14 Where an event is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically void and players accounts will be refunded.
3.15 If any match is abandoned due to injury, bad weather, crowd trouble etc., all bets that have already been settled (meaning all bets of which the result has become final) up until the time of abandonment will stand. For example: If a football match is abandoned in the second half, all bets involving the 1st half will stand. In addition, if there has been a goal scored, the first goal scorer market will stand, but the last and anytime bets will be void.
3.16 Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affect or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error, the bet will be cancelled upon detection.
3.17 Bangsports reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if it has evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match-fixing has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with Bangsports across any or all of our betting channels.
3.18 Bangsports reserves the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet requested in accordance with the Terms & Conditions that govern your participation in our Services, at our discretion. Individual bet requests maybe reviewed and an alternative price or staked may be offered at our sole discretion. In respect of any bet, the decision of Bangsports is final.
3.19 Where Bangsports have reason to believe that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event has become known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a goal is scored or a sending off etc.) Bangsports reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
3.20 Bangsports reserves the right to cancel any bets from players who place money on an event in which they are directly or indirectly involved, whether as participants, referee, coach or in any other capacity.
3.21 In the unlikely event of a system or manual human error resulting in a manifestly or palpably incorrect betting market being offered, or where bets are accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market or are clearly incorrect given the chance of the event happening at the time the bet was made, Bangsports reserves the right to rectify such manifest error by voiding the bets in question or by settling such bets at the correct odds.
3.22 A number of bets may be treated as being a single bet when a player places multiple bets on the same contingency. When this occurs, all bets other than the first bet struck may be voided. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may also be treated as being one. When this occurs, all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck.
3.23 The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary. For example, the podium position in Grand Prix racing, the medal ceremony in athletics and any similar official ceremony or presentation in other sports are to be treated as the official result.
3.24 Winnings will be credited to the player’s account following confirmation of the final official result.
4.1 No refund can be issued when the deposit or part of the deposit has been played.

6.1 The following activities are not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
6.1.1 Sharing account credentials or joint use with other players or entities and colluding with other third parties;

8.1 A number of circumstances may arise where a bet is accepted, or a payment is made, by Bangsports in Error. Reasonable efforts are undertaken to prevent errors or omissions; however, system problems or human error may lead to such circumstances. 8.1.1 Acceptance of a bet at a price which is significantly different from those available in the market at the time the bet was placed;

8.2 We reserve the right to correct any error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or terms which were available or should have been available at the time that the bet was placed and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that bet or, in cases where the correction or resettlement of the bet is not possible, to declare such bet void and refund the stake in question back into your account.
8.3 Neither Bangsports (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers shall be liable for any loss including loss of winnings that results from any Error by us or an error by you. You will forfeit any winnings/losses that result from any such error.
8.4 Bangsports is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
8.5 Bangsports accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the website or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
8.6 In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Bangsports shall refund the amount wagered in the game to you by crediting it to the your account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to you in an approved manner; and if you have an accrued credit at the time the game miscarried, credit to your account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to You in an approved manner.
8.7 All reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that wagers placed by players are recorded immediately on the database. Should, due to an interruption by a failure of the telecommunications system, a bet not be recorded on the system but is deducted from the balance, the incident will be investigated and player will be refunded the amount of the wager by placing it in the player’s account accordingly.
8.8 If a game is started but miscarries because of a failure in the system, the following action shall be taken:
8.8.1 To refund the amount wagered in the game to the player by crediting it to the player’s account; or
8.8.2 If the account no longer exists, by paying it to the player in an approved manner; and
8.8.3 If the player has an accrued credit at the time the game miscarries, credit to the player’s account the monetary value of the credit; or
8.8.4 If the account no longer exists, pay it to the player in an approved manner.
8.9 Bangsports has the right to terminate games without prior notification or justification.

Bangsports will use it’s reasonable endevours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
12.1 Except in the case of manifest error or neglect on our part, Bangsports accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any consequences that have occurred through players use, or misuse, of the Service.
12.2 Subject always to clause 13.1, Bangsports shall not be held liable or responsible for any consequences that occur through players use of the Service where the circumstances that caused such consequences were beyond Bangsports reasonable control, including any loss or damage that has arisen, including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of Bangsports website or any error or omission in the content.

13.1 If Bangsports fails to insist upon strict performance of any of player’s obligations or if Bangsports fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve players from compliance with such obligations.
13.2 A waiver by Bangsports of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by Bangsports of any of the provisions of the Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to players. in writing in accordance with above.
14.1 If any of the Terms are determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, our original intent.
15.1 The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
15.2 The Courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the Terms of Use themselves.
